My birth-given name is Cyn (Cynthia) but you can call me Tala. Tala is my FURsona and is a shapeshifting Siberian Husky/wolfdog mix, snow white in color, with multi-colored eyes. The name Tala means "wolf." As I said I am a Shapeshifter but my true form is the husky dog. ^.^ I have a septum ring, pink wavy hair (long in front and short in back), 5 earrings in my right ear and 3 in my left. I'm very friendly. *waves a paw* but I will bite if you piss me off!!!!

I identify as "otherkin," meaning I do not feel that I am altogether human... I feel different than the rest of the human race... I believe that my soul is part were/fallen angel/demon kin... I also believe that the sould is made up of several different parts.

I am a very spiritual person. I am CONSTANTLY seeking meaning in this world and beyond. I would consider myself a Shaman of sorts, and my religeous beliefs seem to be closest to that of Hinduism, Wicca, and Shamanism at the moment. I do not believe in organized religeon because I do not believe that ONE religeon can have ALL of the answers. I follow my pathes in life and see where they lead me.... Also I have faith and it works.. trust me! ♥

I've been raving since 04/03/00. The party was called Year of the Dragon. Raves are like my home away from home, but I don't get to go very often anymore. ^.^ This goes without saying but I LOVE LOVE LOVE electronic music, especially Happy Hardcore, PsyTrance, and Drum-N-Bass!!!

I have two daughters who are 4 1/2 years and 2 1/2 years old... I'll probably talk about them more in my other journal... I don't know, but my grrl are my life. ♥

I'm a Harry Potter geek to the extreme and completely obsessed. I've read each book more than once and I plan on seeing the Order of the Pheonix movie dressed in my Hogwarts school uniform on the release date. hehe..

Also I am currently in the process of writing a dramatic novel. I was writing a fantasy novelgeared towards young adult readers. I had 7 chapters done and my computer crashed. Stupidly I did not have it backed up. I lost everything i had written. Thus I moved on to my latest work, which the idea had come to me in a dream years ago. It's coming along pretty well, however I don't think I'll be 100% finished writing it for another year or two because I'm so much of a perfectionist that I have to constantly edit the chapters that I have currently written. Anyways, I'm proud of my work, but the story line/plot will be kept secret until the book is complete. ♥

I have 3 cats- Shadow (a gray "tiffany" cat who's uber furry), Princess (a black and white female), and Midnight (a white and black male).. and two dogs- Nipper (border collie male) and Buddy (my brother's dog that I'm keeping for him until he can find him a home.. He's a "coon hound" or something)

I love all of the creatures of the world.. more than I love you, humans. ;-]

My favorite mythological creatures are the werewolf and the Sphinx, which I find fascinating.
